Foodstuff: Food Delivery UK

Myself and partner could not register or get past payment page so gave up. App looked great just shame it wouldn’t work

Can’t get past the phone verification stage. This app just does not work. Then when you go to App support it takes you literally no where. Stick with Deliveroo

I love the concept but the app itself just doesn’t seem up to it. Ordered without an issue the first time but now every time I open the app I get a loading message at the top saying ‘we’re searching for a network connection’ and the screen says ‘no internet connection’ which is not true at all. My phone is new and every other app works. Please fix this.

Five stars all round from me. Excellent, good quality choices. An easy to navigate, tasty looking app. Friendly service. This is the burger to your chips.

Been trying to set my address, but whilst it finds it then making me point it out on a map makes the very same address invalid?! I’ve told you my address, why do I need to point it out on a map and you then change it? Every single other application seems to make this step simple yet it just doesn’t work in this app. And there seems to be no help me link in the application itself so I can’t get any assistance. The help link in the Apple App Store just opens the app… Nice idea, sure it works ok if it finds your address but poor execution for me at the moment I’m afraid

Great to use a bicycle delivery service in Edinburgh,that treats its riders fairly and provides a great customer experience.My food arrived promptly and Carlos my delivery rider was superb,will definitely use again.

So happy to have Foodstuff in Cambridge. Great selection of independents, fairness and transparency, a sense of humour, and great customer service. They’ve weaned me off Deliveroo because they can genuinely compete (not just because they aim to). Long live Foodstuff!

Our food arrived quicker and hotter than the mainstream competitors and to know that the restaurants and delivery team get to see more of the money, is reason enough to use @foodstuffcambs
