Πλήρως δυσαρεστημένοι
Μετά από πάρα πολύ καιρό χρήσης της συγκεκριμένης εφαρμογής κάποιος παραβίασε τα προσωπικά μου δεδομένα μέσω της εφαρμογής τους και έκλεψε τα στοιχεία της κάρτας της οποίας χρησιμοποιούσα για την συγκεκριμένη εφαρμογή ενημέρωσα την εταιρεία για το συμβάν και ότι η συγκεκριμένη κάρτα είναι online κάρτα και την έχω καταχωρημένη μόνο στην εφαρμογή τους και ότι παραβιάστηκαν τα προσωπικά μου δεδομένα για να γίνει χρήση της κάρτας αυτής πάλι μέσω της εφαρμογής του Η απάντηση τους ήταν ανεπαρκής με την απάντηση ότι δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι εμείς σε περίπτωση που έχει παραβιαστεί η κάρτα σας προφανώς έχω επικοινωνήσει μαζί με την τράπεζα μου και έχω ακυρώσει την κάρτα και σας ενημερώνω ότι κάποιος παραβίασε τα προσωπικά δεδομένα μου μέσω της εφαρμογής σας και ζητώ περαιτέρω ενημέρωση εάν υπάρχουν άλλα περιστατικά τέτοιου είδους και αν μπορούν να κάνουν κάποιον εσωτερικό έλεγχο,γνωρίζω ότι γίνονται ηλεκτρονικές Απάτες και παίρνω τα απαραίτητα μέτρα σε online εφαρμογές και όταν γίνεται Κάποιο συγκεκριμένο συμβάν ενημερώνω την εταιρεία για να ελέγξει τυχόν ηλεκτρονικές παραβιάσεις στις εφαρμογές τους. Η εταιρεία δεν ασχολήθηκε καν με το συγκεκριμένο συμβάν Δεν μπήκε στη διαδικασία να κάνει κανέναν έλεγχο Νιώθω μεγάλη ανασφάλεια να ξανα χρησιμοποιήσω την συγκεκριμένη εφαρμογή από τη στιγμή που γίνονται παραβιάσεις προσωπικών δεδομένων και δεν μπαίνει στη διαδικασία η εταιρεία να κάνει τον οποιοδήποτε έλεγχο.
