Too bad
The app can’t open!
系統跟服務都不好
常常無法登入，之前買鞋配件不全、有瑕疵跟購買了卻缺貨，處理態度消極，有三次不好的購買經驗👎
My order was canceled due to app incompetence
The app automatically changed my delivery country from Taiwan to UK when I tried to place an order. On top of that, their system refused to let me change it back to Taiwan. When it finally did allow me to do so I placed the order only to find out my country in the order confirmation email was still UK. After waited for 5 days for customer service to reply my problem at Twitter the only answer I got was there was nothing they can do but cancel my order. If you don’t live in UK don’t bother downloading this frustrating app, truly a disappointment!

The app is only design for UK market or international? I even setup other Country but it always change back to UK. Even when I do some shopping. That will make some inconvenience. Can you fix it?

Hi Last year 2021, I purchased a pair of Air Jordan 13 from you in size uk11 but unfortunately I received them in size uk11.5. I sent them back because they’re not the right size I ordered. And then after few days, I made another purchase of a the same Air Jordan 13 in same size uk11, thinking that I was going to receive the right size this time but for once again I received them in the wrong size Uk11.5 😡😡😡😡
