Don’t buy any shoes from this shop
Bought a pair of New Balance sneakers M991 from Taiwan and what I received is the one with a big scratch at the front of the shoes. I asked them to exchange for the same item and they also told me they still have one left in stock but they refused to reserve it for me. They also said they don’t open the box and check the shoes when they received from New Balance. So this just tells you that you are basically gambling because you never know if your shoes are in good condition and they are not taking any responsibility for any defective of your shoes. Shame on you End and welcome to sue me if I’m making any false statement against you.

Terrible experience
It takes courage for you guys to send me this survey when you haven’t even replied a single email from me in the past month. Wondering if you guys even have a CS team or is it your SOPs just to redirect all online emails to a mailbox that you never check?
There were no reply on logistics related questions; wrong system storage which caused me buying all my second tier wishlists (you don’t even inform me before you ship the orders, which on the other hand, forced me buying the rest of the order with all the logistics costs paid so can lower the risk of me returning it); and last but not least, a wrong estimation of product arrival, the actual shown after order made was like two weeks afterwards which is a huge gap and killing the experience, and expectations.
I know you guys won’t be looking at this for sure, but I’d like to leave some track so that some people might not go through same awfulness as mine.

Worst online shopping experience ever
I placed an order with 2 items, and END cancelled one of them without any reason, but my order status is “completed”, and I place another order in the other day, it displays “processing” for few days, then I got a cancellation with any reason AGAIN! WHY? END never reply my mail, only auto-reply mail bot, that is very terrible.

Slow reaction
Both the actions of adding wishlist or remove from wishlist are super slow. Inefficient. Makes customer lose their interest in adding items into the wishlist then further give up on purchase.
