for Meetings: Minutes & Agenda

I have been using this for a year and it makes planning, recording and publishing meetings simple and effective. Cannot recommend it too highly.

I have updated this review because, even without regular updates this app is still an integral part of my daily life. For those of us who do a huge amount of work when mobile and have responsibility for delivering outcomes from meetings, the structured way this app makes me think about meetings has improved my productivity tenfold. You need discipline to use it and to take the time to understand its interface but everyone who has seen the agendas and minute notes it produces have been totally impressed. If I were the developer I would increase the price, refresh the app and in the fullness of time partner it with a web based interface. Other than that it’s great.

If your looking for an app that is well organised, easy to enter. Useful, good fro recording minutes and actions (plus agendas attendees etc), this app is fab. It includes 20 meetings on the free option so you have time to get aquatinted before spending.

As the title says. The best meeting app by a mile! I tried the others. Add recording and it would be exceptionally good.

This is a great way to capture meetings and do away with paper.

Like many of the meeting apps out there, a lot of good features implemented well but let down by what is missing such as simple things like changing the font size.

I'm secretary of my rugby club and this app is far nicer to use for minutes than a word processor. Already some great features and with time should only get better.still great - gets better with use. Would not go back to using any other app - including Word or Pages

I've used a number of meeting apps and gone back to basic note taking. This one looked good and I thoughtI'd try it on a few less important meetings first. I'm pleased I did. It kept locking up, freezing on my iPad Pro and then lost all the notes I had made; I'm pleased it was a test run. It could be really good but, not reliable enough for me. My search for a great meeting app continues...

An excellent tool that easily turns my random jottings into some well formatted meeting minutes, and a real pleasure to use. As a paid-up user, I'd like to see some further development, especially syncing and backup.
