I lost count on how many times I tried to uninstall and reinstall this crappy app. It crashes before even uploading. The diet program is great! But for what we pay for, I’d expect their tech team to get on the ball and fix this crap.
I have installed several times, and it’s keeps crashing.
I work night shift as an ICU RN. I did this program while working. Was unable to go back and edit my previous days intake and exercise etc. Deleted the app.
The app crashes every time you input something and press done or click back button. Not feasible to open the app 10 times in a row to input daily progress. Needs improvement. Thanks.
App crashes especially when you want to track your water intake. Also it is annoying that you can’t see what you can do the next day - it’s like you were not be able to turn the page of the Clean9 booklet until next day. In this case it is better to take pictures of the booklet and import it to OneNote and you can see all 9 days ahead whenever you want.
Crashed after I applied my personal info.
This app constantly crashes every time you try to input information or do anything. It is very frustrating. Also it would be good if the color would change after you have completed your meal supplements. Would really help to see what you’ve completed. Please make it sync with an Apple watch for exercises, would help a lot. One good thing about this app is that you don’t have to carry the booklet with you.
I was happy to see this app. But it still needs lots of work. The app crashes all the time as I saw in review. Better on paper. I think they should take it off App Store.
I cant follow up, it crashes alot
App crashes within 10 seconds of use - every single time. Cannot add water without crash, cannot go back in most tabs without crash. Basically cant use this reliably. Back to paper tracking.
