We have been using forms connect since 2013 and have found the program very adaptable to our changing business. Templates are easy to use and change, which makes this great for our day to day reporting.

Whenever I attach pictures and click on done , it automatically goes to job list. It’s really very time consuming to search for job and go to the last page again.... It’s hard to do same things again and again as I use this app 5-8 times a day to make JSA’s

This is a fantastic app for data collection and completing checklists. My only request would be a MacOS app so you could create checklists in a desktop environment. Thank you for this app and empowering me to move away from excel.

I previously had this app on my iPad 4 and never had an issue with it. Now with the new iPad Air on the latest OS it will not keep running it just crashes all the time. I checked forums in regards to this and found a large number of very dissatisfied purchasers with the same problem.

The latest version did a database update on first opening. Now every Page 1 (of 3) of any forms I have created are blank. As this contained client information to identify them Pages 2 and 3 are worthless as all Records are "unnamed". Prior to this really did enjoy utilising this app, but this is ridiculous, especially as all templates that came with the app have been updated unscathed.

A pretty good app, however one thing that would be GREAT and surely not to hard to integrate would be the ability to capture the GPS coordinate (long and lat) of your position (assuming you have a capable device). That would round it off well!!

I'm a Tradesman and I want to fill out a report with site photos, etc on my iPad and then email a quote with prices, etc straight to the client. So far this is the best app I've found as far as having a quite good range of options regarding the formatting of the form. However, it still needs work. Basic forms are straightforward, but as soon as you try and get a bit adventurous, well you find it's limitations, which can be a bit frustrating.

This is a great little app which all businesses would find a use for. I work for a company undertaking maintenance work. Previously this would involve a lot of paperwork and scanning. This app does away with that and the possibilities for further applications are endless. A couple of bugs and crashes but the developer is very responsive to emails.

Nice app but would be better if you could have calculating number text boxes for totals etc.

I had problem which the support group answered within seconds (the problem was not the product's fault). I haven't fully explored but it seems the best data capture product I've seen so far.
