FormConnect

I have often told people that the FormConnect app is the best value per dollar of any software I have purchased. It is very easy to learn, can be applied to a vast array of situations, and has made numerous tasks in my business much easier to complete in a readily organized fashion. On top of this, I have always found any support I have sought from the developer to be timely & helpful.

I use it all the time - love this app. Very versatile.

I really like this form builder. I use it for ecological field surveys and enter biotic and abiotic data with ease. Takes a bit off fiddling around to figure out the best way to enter data to get a workable cvs file but worth the work. The entry is easy in the field and the data is ready to go as soon as I upload the cvs. Thank you for eliminating the mind numbing task of data entry. Please make updates to the pro version, that is not working well for me (location gps crashes app and calculation cell not user friendly).

This app is very well designed. Provides great flexibility and a great feature set. I am using it to create commissioning check sheets for a power dam. A joy to use. 1 bug: if you add a field to a form that already has records, the field will populate with data from an existing field and blank the existing field. 1 wish: some way to flag records on the record sidebar so I know which records are complete. Again, this is what software should be and so rarely is.

Lors de la conversion en PDF tout les formulaires se retrouvent avec la même signature donc pas pratique pour transférer les formulaires. Il faudrait corriger ce bug !!! s.v.p. !!! Merci

I am using Pro version of FormConnect. It seems to be buggy and causing data loss & corruption. Do not waste money. It is a real shame that quality of this pricey app is a big question mark. I do appreciate its design but that is all. Advice: Please, engage some professional tester to ensure its quality.

I experimented with a number of form and survey apps and this one wins hands down. Very easy to set up forms a lot of room for customization. I save 5 star reviews for the 'perfect' app. This one is ALMOST there, but for a few minor bugs in the 'field calculation' feature. When these are fixed then I will enthusiastically give this app 5 starts.

I'm trying to upgrade to the announced pro version and it won't let me.

I am a Referee-in-Chief for a minor hockey association in Canada, and this app has been simply amazing. Create your own customized forms which can be sent to other devices so the form is "standard" and everyone is using the same form. It can be locked so people cannot make changes to the form itself, but only to fill in the necessary fields. Amazing response if you have any questions for the developer. A great app overall, def worth the money hands down.

I love this app. It is a must have. I use it everyday, and one of the only reasons I carry around my iPad. If prints off great forms, and you can design what ever kind of form you want.
