Charging Everywhere You Go – Gain access to thousands of charging points in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Find available charging points near you or along your planned route. Use filters to display only high-speed charging stations with a minimum of 50 kW capacity.

Uncomplicated Charging - Get real-time information about the charging speed and types of connectors at each station. With live updates on station availability, starting a charging session is as easy as a tap on the app. For those who prefer using an RFID tag, you can purchase one directly from our app, or add your existing Elbilforeningen black RFID tag to your account. Remember it is not possible to add the blue RFID tag that is being used for Ladeklubben by Elbilforeningen. Charging has never been this straightforward.

Reliable Payment - Add a payment method to your account for hassle-free charging payments. Keep track of your charging costs in one place with the ability to view and download receipts of your charging sessions directly from the app. You can choose to add a credit card, take use of Apple Pay or Google Pay for even easier and faster onboarding.

Improved but far from perfect!

After having been a total disaster for years, the Fortum app has improved a lot. But I still find using it is still very counter-intuitive. Where to click and when. Try making the app from the point of view of a user in need of quickly charging his car. In rain and storm. At night.

Dårlig

Ofte begynner ikke ladere å lade, bytter til en annen stolpe/leverandør og lading starter med en gang. Veldig dårlig lade kapasitet. 240kwh lader veksler mellom 10-30 kWh lading

Amateur app

This app has always given the impression that is is developed by an 18 year-old in his room in the attic. It has improved somewhat, but I don’t think the developer has a drivers license, let alone has ever used this app to charge an electric vehicle.

Fungerer ikke med nøkkelring

Når man logger inn så støtter ikke appen å bruke passordene jeg har lagret i nøkkelringen min. Savner også å se status for pågående lading i appen. Ellers ok

Mangler info om ladingen

Det eneste som kommer frem under lading er brukt tid.

Virker ikke alltid

Prøvde et sted som hadde 5 ladestasjoner, der var alle opptatt utenom nr 2, men appen viste at nr 5 var ledig, og det var den ikke (den var allerede koblet til en bil). Prøvde å oppdatere appen, så lukket den og prøvd på nytt igjen, holdt på i nesten 30min, så jeg ga opp til slutt og dro til et sted og fikk ladet den med et annet app.

Dårlig app og stasjon

Alltid et eller annet som ikke fungerer, enten appen eller selve ladestasjonene. Utrolig frustrerende å alltid måtte bruke 15min ekstra på surr.

Kjempedårlig, prisinfo mangler!!!!

Horribelt sleip og Kjempedårlig, prisinfo mangler!!!! Dere må opplyse om fortløpende pengeforbruk akkurat som på bensinpumper, forferdelig sleipt å ikke gjøre det!!!!

From it just works

Purchased a new car trying to swap old ev to new ev. Never have I experienced such a poor system. Now can not even charge either car. I just want to use fast charge like I have been for 8 years now it is asking to connect so cars can link with charger. Had Rfi tag not that is not working either. How to leave customers stranded.
