This is it for iPad?🤨
After 2 years, I would've expected an actual pro level experience, specially on iPad— if you're on an iPad or any mobile device, you're much better off using the website. This app is pure dog water garbage

Playback issues
Never stops buffering video, then deletes the buffer, begins buffering again, never playing the video without stops. That’s a ‘dowloaded’ video.
Unable to change sort order
I love Frame.io but how is the app still unable to change sorting behavior of both assets and comments?! They show up in a seemingly random order.
Almost there…
This is a great program. The new v4 update added much needed functionality and features. However, they got rid of some key functions that made cross-platform collaboration seamless. Hopefully they’ll bring it back soon as my team is remote. We’re already submitted feedback for the critical distribution in workflow.
Doesn’t work at all

It’s got bugs, it’s got confusion, it’s just not ready for pro level work load.
Horrible UI changes
It’s a very bad experience when viewing on the iPad when I hit the play pause button it completely closes out of the video, the video only shows up half screen with the comments on the other half it should default to show more of the video. It doesn’t look like they took user experience input from people who use the app to redesign things not the best change.
Horrible. This app feels like an after thought
1. Makes me sign in all the time 2. Can’t speed up video!!! 3. I leave the app for a few min and then i lose my spot in the video I’m reviewing. 4. Read the other bugs from the other reviews Overall just feels incredibly janky for something I pay HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS A MONTH FOR for our entire team.
It’s what everyone uses but the app is buggy
You have to have frame.io if you’re working in production in any capacity. The web app works fine. The iOS app works fine, however it is buggy on playback, switching from landscape to vertical, download management is confusing, you can’t apply Settings to a folder from the app. For what this app is and how many people use this professionally - it is somewhat appalling these issues exist.
Save to phone option stopped working
About 2 weeks ago - was fine previously. Tried all resolutions, same result.
