Franco Manca is a Neapolitan pizzeria, pioneering sourdough pizza in the UK. We opened our very first pizzeria in Brixton Market, London, and are now open in towns and cities across the UK.
Our dough is made daily. Our seasonal ingredients are sourced from small suppliers across Italy and the UK and our pizzas start from £5.
The Franco Manca app is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to you for supporting our mission to bring slow fast food with real, small supplier ingredients to the UK. Earn your way to free pizza using the app in any of our pizzerias. For every 6 pizzas you buy, enjoy the 7th one on the house. You can also order pizza to collect, view our menu and find your local pizzeria.

Is Franco Manca legit?
⚠️ The Franco Manca app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Last time I was able to collect a stamp on the app was July 2023. After almost 10 months of this app not working at all, I have been able to added one stamp and realise that I still have a free pizza to redeem. Ridiculous!! It took 10 months for the app developers to figure out how to fix the app. Get some help next time.

Went again to Franco Manca and couldn’t even redeem the free pizza I have because the app is broken and wouldn’t even open. Hopeless!!
Worst loyalty app
Just about the worst loyalty app there is. Is very glitchy, really difficult to actually register points in restaurants, not at all intuitive.
This app is costing FM business
Terrible app, doesn’t record points properly or let you purchase properly. Have tried to order 5 times now, every time I try, I accept the payment on my banking app, and then the FM app says that it’s failed. Same with my partner. Sick of wasting time
Very glitchy
I often have problems redeeming rewards in the restaurant, half the time the staff don’t know what to do with it. Irrelevant now since I can’t even log in any more. It let me reset my password since I thought that was the reason I couldn’t log in, but still won’t work.
Useless app
This app does not work. Can’t even get through register/login.
Unusable
Buggy to the point that I can’t place an order and end up going elsewhere.
Terrible app
The worst app I’ve ever had, won’t let me log in despite knowing my password is correct as I have logged in online. Waste of time and I’m annoyed since I was logged in before and now have rewards that I can’t use!
App doesn’t let you click and collect
Whenever I’ve tried to use it to order to collect pizza, it literally doesn’t work. Have never been able to pay and therefore order via the app. So I just get pizza from elsewhere. Ridiculous.
Utter Garbage
Pathetic app never registers my purchases or points, just grinds away and locks up. Have tried reinstalling etc etc, never works. Seems like they really don’t want to give you any rewards. Bag of garbage. If you’re going to advertise a reward system, have one that works. Useless rubbish. Massively over complicated system of QR codes that just direct you to the main website, which is useless.
Looking at other reviews, people were saying this exact same stuff 2 years ago. Sort yourselves out because this is pathetic. If you are going to have a rewards system make it work instead of lying. Looks like you have been messing customers about for years, extremely poor.
Non functioning
I have never managed to get this app to accept receipt codes. I am now about four codes adrift from where I should be. I don’t think such a poor app should be hosted by the App Store
