Says code was issued over a month ago from a brand new receipt

Sometimes fails to load on certain networks or when VPN is enabled. It gives absolutely no feedback when it does this, which makes it incredibly frustrating. Check your WAF guys, there’s no need to block anonymous users, especially those logged in to the app.

Resetting passwords does not work. I get text message (wow), password is updated and then it does not work (no typo, password saved in pwd manager). Useless app, making eating experience frustrating trying to earn the points. Use stamps instead.

I keep expecting that they’ll improve it. But in the years I’ve had it, it remains literally pointless and ridiculous and DOES NOT WORK. How can any company keep an app that doesn’t work and expect to be taken seriously? And not be ridiculously embarrassed. Delete!

Can’t even register despite carefully following instructions including length and make up of password. Totally pointless. Go to pizza express.

So many times I’ve tried to register my purchase but never worked…

Just about the worst loyalty app there is. Is very glitchy, really difficult to actually register points in restaurants, not at all intuitive.

Terrible app, doesn’t record points properly or let you purchase properly. Have tried to order 5 times now, every time I try, I accept the payment on my banking app, and then the FM app says that it’s failed. Same with my partner. Sick of wasting time
