No idea how to use it, everything says “oops, something went wrong” what a waste of thumb clicking..

The The Frank energy app is very user-friendly it has everything you need right at your fingertips including ordering gas and paying bills

Customer service is shocking, rude/surly woman on the other end and took 45 minutes to actually talk to someone. Requested a call back just to be put back on hold for 20 minutes. Paper invoice received 5 days after the due date instead of 5 days before due date. They really want you to do everything online which some people can’t do. All they want is your money and they don’t care about customers. Just pray you never have to contact them as it is a very painful experience.

Hardest customer service to access (when trying to talk to humans)

I connected with Frank after a recommendation from a friend as Frank offers the cheapest power in comparison with others in my area. There was a stumble at the start of our connection. Due to two houses on the same driveway and power box number confusion. The last year plus has been great. Power has remained low and in budget 👍

Such an easy process to set up a change of address using the Frank app. Well done whoever designed it!

I cannot view details of my bill and usagefor both electricity and gas on the app. There is a permanent error message on it.
