Franki is one of the coolest new apps for foodies! You take a quick video of what you are eating and the place you are at and share it with a little review of the place. I’ve already made a ton of friends on there as well- and you actually get compensated for your videos and likes and more! Highly recommend !

Yeah, no….. this isn’t a serious platform for foodies. My local Carl’s Jr has a 100% rating….. Can’t say that I believe this is a foodie app with all the high drive thru scores….. no credibility whatsoever

I tried tik tok videos and making iMovies but it won’t let me upload them. Also some places won’t come up under search but I can find them on the map and I can’t click on them to add anything. I wanted so much to like this app beyond sounds great but it’s too much work

This is a great alternative app to use to find local restaurants and places to try with non-bias reviews!

However, a lot of restaurants are missing and there is no feature to report on a new spot. In my opinion that defeats the purpose of an app like this EDIT: ok, you can email the company to add new businesses. Though I maintain that embedding the ability to do that in the app itself would be more convenient

I love using Franki to post videos of places that I eat at! It’s great that they actually reward you for posting content unlike a lot of other food review or social media apps out there. I did have to take off 1 star just because the search function could use some more work and I think that a lot of restaurants are still not listed on the app, but the app is still quite new, so I can’t really complain too much, and I’m sure the devs are working hard to get more restaurant spots listed so that they cover all the foodie options out there in the world. The app is definitely stretching my creative muscles by making me post more unique videos.

I have found several amazing places in my own city that I had never heard of because of the Franki app. I’m not the go-to person for restaurant recommendations among my friends. Thank you Franki!
