With the FranklinWH app, homeowners can manage your Franklin Home Power (FHP) system anytime, anywhere. The FranklinWH app monitors your home electricity consumption 24 hours a day, tracking solar, grid, battery and generator supply and home consumption. It provides usage statistics for time periods including year, month and day.
You can remotely control your home electricity consumption pattern and the energy equipment while choosing an economical and energy-saving home electricity consumption plan. With the app, you can control the three optional Smart Circuits, managing unique devices such as air conditioners and EV chargers manually or through automatic schedules.
The FranklinWH app also provides installers management of installation, operations and maintenance. Through the direct communication between app and the FHP, problems can quickly be resolved. The FranklinWH app is under constant development and we would love to receive your feedback and suggestions.

FranklinWH FAQ
Is FranklinWH free?
Yes, FranklinWH is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is FranklinWH legit?
🤔 The FranklinWH app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
The app has issues connecting to my agate and I constantly have to swipe to refresh. The worst issue is the grid outage and restoration notifications no longer work on any device Android or IOS. This is a critical issue as I need to reduce load manually during an outage and if I’m not watching the app I’d never know until it’s too late.
Conectividad
No se puede conectar al equipo si no hay internet en el celular o tableta y no se puede monitorear o controlar sin servicio de internet. Deben arreglar que se conecte al agate hotspot directo y la aplicación abra sin necesidad de internet en el dispositivo móvil
App works great, it’s just missing a lot
Needs a NEM3 profile update asap!
App works well, wish it had actual percentage of each battery rather than an average between them, y’all have and can see the data just display it or give the option to see each battery or an average. Also the mode settings are missing a ton, that needs more refinement. The goal is to not use the grid during peak hours. Annoying to have to change the mode multiple time per day. Should be a set it to do this for this time and another thing for a different time. Each mode is missing features and there needs to be more granular control.
Good app and support
App works fine. When it acts up, Franklin is quick to address issues. Don’t assume your equipment is malfunctioning. Give Franklin a week or so to fix strange app behavior.
Awesome product
Have had plenty of power outages and 2/3 the time I don't even notice it in the home. The other 1/3 of the time I will have to reset clocks in house. App is phenomenal and I strongly recommend this product to go with any solar system. :)
Works reasonably well
Nice app. “Now” screen is very cool. Only annoyance it the requirement to restart the app to see today’s data on the “Today” screen, which otherwise shows data for the last day the app was restarted.
Great app
Very awesome app for tracking my import and export of energy. I wish there is a function added later on, in which power can be diverted from going back to the grid and focus on charging my battery. I tried doing this through the current functions. The only inputs that seem to do this sometimes is clicking emergency back up and then switched back to self consumption.
I love my Franklin WH system
I can say that the support And even my recommendations to improve the app have far exceeded my expectations. Turn around times to my questions has been as soon as 1 hour and that was on a Sunday early morning. The system works great and allows me to fully see my usage and make improvements. The app works great and has been getting even better.
Poorly designed and implemented
This app was poorly designed and implemented.
It reports problems which self-correct, but it does not say that they have self-corrected.
It asks the consumer to take certain actions but (1) provides no instructions in how to do those thing and (2) ask the consumer to do things which the consumer is not authorized to do.
I’ve written to management and asked for a written response with timeline to fix these problems. I received no written response.
At this price point, I’d recommend doing business with another supplier — one that is more thoughtful in product design and certainly one that is willing to respond to a written request which asks for a written response.
Clearly, Franklin’s management team doesn’t think that it is important to be responsive. Arrogance like that is unbecoming to a startup which needs to build a happy customer base.
I gave up social media
Wonderful app that will have more entertained than fb. Really cool that you can see where your energy is going. My neighbor actually found out that she had a leak in her waterline because she noticed a spike on her apps energy chart when the pressure tank was refilling. Now that’s something the power company is not going to let you know about!
