after updating to the latest versions, i can’t play at arendelle plaza.. it is loading to go, after few seconds turns black, then automatically going to the home of ipad, out of the apps..whyyyyyy

Hi after update, the game went back to old levels and not to where i was last in journey map. Please help!🙏🏼🙏🏼keep saying ‘failed to download’
Game level and too many force advertisements issue
After update the latest version, the game level keep going back to the bottom level after each game, so troublesome keep to roll back to the top level, Too many force advertisements each time need to press at least 6-8 steps Pls fix the issue
