So excited to get my order! The app is so user friendly; I found what I was looking for and placed my order in less than 5 minutes.

Why can’t you ever offer your loyal customers a coupon? Something!
Terrible costumer service
I placed an order on 7/16/24, most of it was damaged and never arrived to me but the 3 items I did end up getting I returned but I never got my refund and I’ve been fighting for months for it with little reply or care.
Can’t find return label and not getting any communication back
Trying to print a return label for a return started. Can’t find. Order history is not easy to find either

My order took so long to finally complete check out that 2 of my items were sold out!!!

You will NEVER receive your clothes! I’ve been waiting 10 days for my order to even move out of Indiana. Literally, they cannot seem to manage sending orders. If you can’t make it to a store just find another brand. They never ship in a timely fashion
