Free People produces a diverse array of unique, high quality merchandise, and their first line customer service goes above and beyond for customers. The problem is corporate Free People who do not honor their advertised promotional discounts.

You treat your customers horrible
You have issued me dozens of e gift cards for a return in October. None of them work. Dozens of emails then you switch me to your special gift card center and they never respond. You are the worst horrible.

I like that you can swipe on the thumbnail of a product without having to fully open it.
