Purchased an data pack on freecharge which said 6GB however post transaction got completed i only received 2GB. When raised the complaint with customer care they asked to get in touch with Operator(Vodafone). I mean"SERIOUSLY😡", y the hell will i speak with Vodafone when i shopped on freecharge. I have been mailing them back since last 4 days but getting the same automated robotic reply's. Do not trust the app completely. Be careful with your transactions and card information. After Sales service is pathetic.
