Seems like they misappropriate customer money
Seems like they like to do unethical activities, in partnership with Axis bank. Used the platform on Dec 31, 2024 to make credit card payment thru Axis bank. Freecharge debited the full amount from my bank account. Then it reported transaction failed and stole my money. Even Axis bank is not helping much as they have stake in such unethical activities too. Every sensible person should stay away from both Axis bank and Freecharge
Needs Some UI Changes.
It’s time to add Lock Screen shortcut. Dark mode in app. Make the QR code scanner button a bit more big. These functionality/changes are must.

My account is not getting linked with Freecharge
Wallet on upi not working
Its been more than 3 weeks now and wallet on upi services are still not working..what’s wrong?
Convenience charges are masked under a light grey font
Convenience charges for credit card bill payment is given in a small font under amount, which is in big font, just to ensure this go unnoticed by customers and make payment ending up with convenience fees, while other platforms have option to do this for free. Recommend NOT TO USE.

Fraud work
Hey you causing me frustration and eating my hard earned money I recharged for my father through your application money is debited but my father did not receive the recharge. You are so pathetic and looting other people money I raised a complain and there is no proper response and there is no customer care for you which is so pathetic please refund my money back as this is third time I’m being looted
