Non-functioning
Cannot log into the app. Stuck in an infinite loop. I enter my log in, it takes me to the screen to request mobile code, then before I can click anything it kicks me back to the login screen. Completely unusable.

ACCOUNT SETUP
Freedom Mortgage offers you the option to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments through our mobile app. Simply download the app and login to your account or create a new account if you haven’t already set up your online access. Then, select One Time Payment from Account Details.
On your first visit, you can set up your banking information. For subsequent payments, you can simply select that account for payment. Payments will be credited as of the date received although payments made on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or after business hours may not post to your account until the next business day.

Our Mobile app supports the following versions on IOS devices:
• iOS – 12.0+
If you have trouble logging on, please contact our Customer Care representatives at 855-690-5900. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Eastern Time.
Scheduled Maintenance:
Mon-Sat : 11:00PM - 11:10PM ET, 2:00AM-2:10AM ET
Sunday: 2:00AM - 6:00AM ET

impossible to log in. 2FA page just immediately kicks you back to the login screen.
Keeps. Closing when sending verification
I cannot get the app to fully open , it gets to the verification code part and kicks me back out to log in screen .
Crashes on 16 pro
I recently upgraded from a 12pro and now I am unable to log onto the app using my 16pro without the app crashing.
Login Issue
The app will not allow me to log in. It keeps refreshing the log in page when I click “login”.
App does not work
App will only redirect back to login screen.
No good
Does not let me login or enter my code to log on. Keeps resetting.
Facial recognition
Why has the facial recognition not on app?
Please do not use this company!!!
This company is taking my insurance check hostage and what they are doing is fraudulent. I’m really sad that this company bought my servicing rights because they are not helpful at all.
Can not recommend
I can not recommend this company. For about 4 months, I thought I had automatic payments set up for my mortgage. Turns out I did not. It affected my credit score and I got charged late fees and an inspection fee. I called after realizing it. Since I did not get properly notified by themselves. Long story short, they have terrible auto pay system they can’t be setup after the 16th of the month. I was not aware of this and now it affected me negatively. They wouldn’t remove late fees or inspection fee. Again, unfortunately I can not recommend them for this.
