No me puede pedir la ubicacion en una app de musica

Me pide un usuario y contraseña que no tengo porque nunca he iniciado sesión, es la primera vez que la instalo y no tengo opción para registrarme ni nada
No puedo utilizarla por que me sale error

Broken App won’t let you log on
This app is broken. Every time I try to log on it just says “we are experiencing technical difficulties” and requests I try to log in again.
Not working on the go anymore!
It used to work on both WiFi and cellular data. Now it works on WiFi only. I have confirmed there’s no change on my cellular data settings, and Freegal has been updated to the latest version. It is disappointing because it used to be my must use app during my commute.
I am not in Europe
It thinks I am in Europe. I uninstalled and reinstalled again but still didn’t work for me. It pinpointed where I am in U.S. but whenever I try to use the app, everything is in language I don’t understand. lol
Ugh
It’s not in English!!
Can’t Transfer music files to iTunes
With old version of app I can use the File sharing tool in ITunes to transfer Freegal songs to a new phone. With the current version of Freegal I can’t - I get an error message that “a duplicate file name was specified”
Doesn’t work at all
Unfortunately the app doesn’t work either in my iPhone or Mac. It starts to play and dies. On the Mac it doesn’t search.
