Freegal Music

This app is broken. Every time I try to log on it just says “we are experiencing technical difficulties” and requests I try to log in again.

It used to work on both WiFi and cellular data. Now it works on WiFi only. I have confirmed there’s no change on my cellular data settings, and Freegal has been updated to the latest version. It is disappointing because it used to be my must use app during my commute.

It thinks I am in Europe. I uninstalled and reinstalled again but still didn’t work for me. It pinpointed where I am in U.S. but whenever I try to use the app, everything is in language I don’t understand. lol

It’s not in English!!

With old version of app I can use the File sharing tool in ITunes to transfer Freegal songs to a new phone. With the current version of Freegal I can’t - I get an error message that “a duplicate file name was specified”

Unfortunately the app doesn’t work either in my iPhone or Mac. It starts to play and dies. On the Mac it doesn’t search.

When I enter my zip code or city, it thinks I’m in Europe. When I click on help, it’s in a language that I don’t read.. seems to be pretty useless in the U.S.

Lots of music and easy to use. However, lacks an equalizer, which some people/situations might require.

Forgot this app and just get Spotify. You literally can’t even play the songs when you click on them.

None of the songs/artists that I found through "Shazam" and available on Apple Music were even on the database for this app.. But I'll keep the app just in case.. you never know when it may be updated or expanded Oh.. here's something interesting.. I **just got** the app this morning (10/13/23) at about 10:30am, okay? At 1:30pm this afternoon (10/13/23) I got an email saying that my 5 available downloads were going to expire on Sunday 10/15/23 and I needed to use the provided link to "retrieve" them.. 1.. I haven't downloaded any music 2.. Downloads expire within 3 days? What??!! Nowhere in the app description does it say that a user can only have 5 downloads NOR does it say they expire AT ALL, let alone 3 days The app description makes it sound like you can download however many songs you want AND that you can bop along and enjoy them for however long you want to keep them It doesn't say ANYTHING about any limits to the number of downloads, and nowhere does it mention anything about your downloads expiring.. All righty then.. Deleting my account AND the app!!!
