Pierwszy raz korzystałem z opcji wypożyczania auta traficar przez aplikację o online sam proces wyszukania auta, dokładności mapy oraz wypożyczenia był bardzo prosty i naprawdę intuicyjny o tyle czystość auta niestety pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Nie jestem jakimś super czyścioszkiem który patrzy na smugę kurzu ale akurat w tym aucie którym jechałem było poprostu brudno. Ktoś ewidentnie zrobił sobie w nim piknik (mam nadzieję że tylko piknik)…
Unreliable
I dont know if app is working as only 1 driver out of 10 decided to arrive. I was waiting 1.5hr just so another cancelled just before pick up point at the airport. Its a joke
Najlepsza Taxi w Warszawę
Moim zdaniem najlepsze taxi w Warszawie, rozsądne ceny kierowcy godni zaufania, moje dzieci jeżdżą ta korporacja gdy ja nie mogę ich zawieść. I wiem że będą bezpieczne. Fajna aplikacja z możliwością obserwacji drogi kierowcy oraz przejazdu z pasażerem np. dziecka. Używa tylko FREENOW i Ele Taxi 👍👍👍
Zamówienie taksówki na konkretną godzinę
Próbujesz wieczorem zamówić taksówkę na rano na godzinę 5. Płacisz za tą usługę więcej jesteś gotowy do wyjścia, sprawdzasz w telefonie a tam informacja że nikt nie zaakceptował przejazdu. Musisz angażować w ostatniej chwili inne osoby aby ci pomogły. Nie powinno to tak działać że specjalnie jesteś w stanie zapłacić więcej i mieć pewność że taksówka przyjedzie. Wielkie rozczarowanie. Jeżeli nie jesteście w stanie zapewnić pewnego kursu gdzie i tak blokujecie pewną kwotę to wyłączcie tą opcję z aplikacji, nic nie jest warta w takim razie.
Cancelling ride
It is unacceptable that some drivers cancel the ride just like that without explanation. It happened on Friday and I was late because of this.
Aplikacjq jest bardzo niebezpieczna
Kierowca psychol próbował mnie zabić, za strony freenow brak reakcji. Czemu? Bo w ogóle nie ma możliwości skontaktowania się z nimi. Pewnie teraz naraża życie innych klientów i freenow to akceptuje. To cena która są gotowi zapłacić w imię zysku.
Smrod papierosow
Niestety ostatni przejazd wiazal sie z nieprzyjemnym zapachem papierosow w aucie. Pomimo cieplej pogody jechalam z oknem otwartym przez cala droge. Przykre, bo chyba obowiazujacy standard w PL to jednak nie palenie w aucie..
