Why will your sensors not work with latest Apple phones? Why is there no information or help provided by freestyle on this

I am a doctor on medication for diabetes. My diabetic nurse gave me an application card to apply for a free trial of freestyle libre. This is a great initiative to allow diabetics to better understand their blood sugar . The application process is quite complicated for those not great with technology having to scan a QR code ,fill in the online application on one app then download another app to order the sensors.

I’ve had this sensor for less than six hours and it has already lost signal. The free libre 2 was totally reliable. Not sure I would get a 3 again as this seems to be a recurring issue for Abbott.

If you experience a life threatning severe hypo and you open libre 3 app tp check yourself, you'll see the error "sensor not working, try again in 10 minutes" maybe it'll work then. You'll can be in coma in 10 minutes or dead if you relly on Abbott technology, approved to exist, for some reason, by NHS.

i have been using this a little over a month now since i got diagnosed and it’s so helpful with the reminders to keep checking my levels, honestly a life saver!

I am a new user to libre3. It has been providing very high readings, more than 20% difference versus BG. Very unreliable sensor and will never use it again. How can you produce faulty sensors that are unreliable and do not meet minimum quality control. Is this how you do business. Shame on you.

Users pay for the sensor to have the data. Here you can not see individual readings only the very last reading! You can’t export to Apple health! You pay for the sensor and only get the very last reading and a graph!!!! This is a scam! Shame on the company!

Libre 3 sensor is ok. The app is pathetic. Losing signal, alarms unavailable, limited compatibility with smart watches. Apple series 7? I prefer Garmin which I own, unable to see a constant display of my BG on it though.

Can you please add options to repeat alarms every N minutes, if glucose level is out of range? Sometimes you receive alarm, but based on tendency that glucose going to return to normal level you’re skipping to do any action (e.g if you see that glucose >14.9 (configured alarm) and you used some insulin, which you expect to be enough, but it may be not enought and glucose level will still be out of range for another couple of hours without sending any alarm. Apart from this everything is awesome. Especially option to check your reports! Thank you!
