Hairdresser was double booked but didn’t turn up. The place listed as having 13 five star reviews. Really awkward waiting in a building and the hairdresser doesn’t turn up and is unreachable. Fresha doesn’t have enough information on a place to know. If those apparent “perfect 5 star reviews” are accurate. Really awkward situations ensue.

lauren is a fantastic nail artist everyone but everyone loved my natural nails with a christmas little star. she is so friendly., and did not use those awful machines that ruin your nails. so if you want an expert set of nails go she's fab. it was so relaxing. i wish i could bottle her...
