The app is so buggy, it keeps crashing while u are trying to open a category or make a booking. It's especially horrible with ios 16.. i used to love using this app but its so buggy i almost slammed my phone in a wall.. will be uninstalling

Lydia is excellent and always sorts me out and deknots my back, neck and shoulders. I can thoroughly recommend her.

My beautician uses this app so I have no choice if I want to book online. It works ok except that it tells me “Action Required” on my future appointments. The action needed is, apparently,to confirm the appointment but when I click on any of these they state that the appointment is confirmed. It’s not a massive issue but it is a bit tedious.
