The service is garbage, the staff are a bunch of hippies, and this airline is the absolute worst.
The flight attendant on our flight from Vegas to DFW today was rude and needs to leant basic etiquette’s on how to talk to guests. This was my life’s worst flight till date.
So yesterday, my husband and I were traveling to Las Vegas from Chicago via #frontierairlines. It was most awaited trip but thanks to #frontierairlines we have had a nightmare. #frontierairlines sent us msgs of delays 4 hours before departure which was great. But then they kept on delaying. And a 945 pm flight was delayed till 230 am and we were told at 12 am that the flight is cancelled And that they would book us on a different flight and give accommodation too. We realised #frontierairlines cancelled 4 flights yesterday around the same time. we got to speak to their official at 2 am and got none that was promised. They could book us on a flight after three freaking days( which was the day of my arrival)somehow we managed a refund 😣 But I had to cancel everything-hotel, trip to antelope canyon just because #frontierairlines chose not to fly!. The reason for cancellation is still not told, refund is on the way, I have no proof that they cancelled the flight. So we were stranded, hungry, exhausted at Chicago airport at 2 am with nowhere to go. It’s been the worse experience so far as a tourist anywhere in the world. I have not come across any airlines that are so shameless. So lesson learnt. DONOT get enticed by their prices.and beware.

Based on my experience, the company is rather substandard. I tried to use a flight credit and use the Frontier app to book a new flight, as instructed, and then looked for the place where I could enter in my existing confirmation number. Unfortunately, there is no place for the existing confirmation number to be entered at checkout, as instructed, so even though I’m hoping the next screen will have a place to enter the information, I ended up purchasing the ticket without being afforded the opportunity to put in the existing confirmation number for a credit. Furthermore, everything seems to be an add-on/up charge. I understand trying to maximize profits, but everything you do, has a cost. If you check in at the airport, there is a cost. If you want to bring in anything but yourself, there is a charge. If you want to get up to go to the washroom, I’m sure there’s a charge. If you want to think about asking a flight attendant, whether there’s anything they can do for you, I’m sure there’s a charge. My point is that a $200 flight becomes a $700 endeavor. The concept of bait and switch is quite prevalent.
My flight was delayed for 4 hours never told us why, idid get like 5 emails changing the time of the flight up and down,there where people 2 days at San juan airpot with cancelled flights others getting there and then they told there flight was cancelled come back in 2 days to see if they can put them on a flight.I got $75 credit to b use in 3 month but not everybody can have a trip so fast when for me it takes a year to plan not so happy with this because i lost extra money just waiting 4 hours at the airport they shoud give at least 1 year to use that credit,flight was good the seats are terrible
Beware! Nightmare awaits!
We completely understood the charge for oversized bags. When we flew out of Trenton with our carry on bags there was no problem. We put them all under our seats. On our return trip through Orlando they decided to make us fit our bags in the ridiculously undersized measure box. This was a clear opportunity for her to earn the extra $50 for a bag. Our bags were actually smaller coming home. They’ll do anything to grab an extra buck. Serves me right for trusting a cheap airline.
The Frontier website is hit or miss. It is usually very frustrating, but shockingly it worked well today. Hopefully all of the system conversions, updates, etc are finally done. I feel like I have been fighting the website for years.
No where does it give you an option for a voucher number for payment, and you can’t speak to anyone unless your some elite member. Absolutely hate this airline.
