Stay away from that company
NEVER EVER fly frontier airlines! Costed me an extra 202$ for one registered bag and 2 carry one!!!!! Just make some friend cancel and book with a more respectable airline company! If you can’t print the bags tags yourself at a automated station, they ll charge you 25$ per person per tag!!!!! Fooled once but not twice!

For a airline app this is the best one I’ve used! Checked in great and smoothly, tickets easy to find.

It would be helpful if there was a way to deduct baggage instead of just add baggage for extra $

You get what you paid Very dam slow app firs and las time i deal with this airline can’t get hold of any human to speak and no phones numbers

Often glitchy and have to redo forms several times before going through.
This app could use an update and some debugging.
Great service
Loved our first trip with frontier . Staff were friendly and kind. Entire process was smooth and effortless . I will definitely fly with frontier again .
First time using Frontier
Overall pleased with the airline however communication issues resulted in is missing our flight. We were originally supposed to leave at 8:00am on May 12th to Miami. The night before I received an email that the flight was delayed until 8:45. It turns out when we got to the airport the flight was actually on time and we arrived at 7:15 (due to our Uber driver being late, not the airlines faut).. however we would have made the flight rescheduled time. We were told we’d have to rebook.. the desk agent was not helpful at all. We ended up booking a flight on our own online to Fort Lauderdale, which should have been suggested to us as an option. While boarding our new flight, I received a messages that our original flight was delayed till 9am... so we would have been perfectly fine sticking to our original flight plan to Miami. Very confusing and frustrating as we spent unnecessary money. Once on the aircraft, flight staff was very friendly and helpful.

The app keeps crashing when trying to search flights. On IOS 15.2.1
