Worst customer experience
I don’t know who are the geniuses behind this app but they should use less manipulative tactics to get people to use the app. Just let me use the browser on the mobile for gods sake!
Sometimes works
When the app opens, it works great. More times than not lately, I just get a blank white screen. So I try using the browser, but since I’m using my phone, it doesn’t let me go past the “we’ve made updates, download the app now” screen.
