This app is pretty bad it hardly ever works when I need it to work
Using the app it is ridiculously difficult to make a mobile deposit using this app. I have never successfully been able to do it. It makes me take photos over and over and over and over and over and rejects the images no matter how many times I adjust the camera, lighting, framing, you name it. The ONE time it was a successful photo and *supposed* deposit, I had to wait two days only to learn the deposit was rejected due to God knows what, and I had to call to even find that out. I wanted to know one time how I needed to endorse my check for mobile or night drop deposit, and it was nowhere to be found. When I try to find out ANY information from the app, it has nothing. That was the app review. The bank review is lukewarm. The mobile alerts are useless, as they arrive a day or more after the actual event, depending on whether it’s a weekend. Since when does an automatic alert need to depend on office hours? If there is a purchase on my debit card, even if it is over the weekend or after 5pm, I expect a text right away. What if it was fraud? I would never know in time to do anything about it before something catastrophic happened in my account. This is no bueno. If I made the purchase myself, I want to know the transaction was successful. Similarly, if I make a deposit of ANY kind (in person, drive thru, mobile, night drop), I want to know the moment it’s successful, and I don’t mean when it’s posted. I want to know when it was DEPOSITED. Last time i made a mobile deposit, it was held for review. Fine. But it disappeared into thin air. Not any evidence at all that I attempted a deposit. I want to see a PENDING deposit in my account. The banking hours on Saturday are not long enough. Noon is very early to close on a Saturday. 1pm is the earliest I’ve seen with any of my previous banks. I became accustomed to a certain standard of service from my previous bank, and since switching I have been disappointed with FTWCCU at almost every turn.
This new version of your mobile deposit is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Your imaging system is terrible and it makes you think your deposit is good by telling you it’s good. Then it’s held for review for literally a day and then cancels the transaction because your system said the deposit looked good. Sheesh this is not good when you can’t make it to the bank and we are over here thinking that our deposit is good. Please fix this issue guys it’s a major inconvenience. MAJOR.
I need more options to get money access
I just love how the site/ app is ALWAYS down for hours at a time and you can’t use you card for ANYTHING. And of course the site is always down during NON Business hours so there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it…
This app is the bees knees. It’s amazingly simple to use. Makes banking enjoyable.
I love when I cannot access my account for hours of the day. Really makes me glad I chose such an awesome bank. I tried depositing a check from CHASE BANK aka one of the largest banks in the country and was on hold with customer service for over three hours trying to get the issue resolved. Wound up having to go into the bank anyway and make the deposit in person. Utter incompetency all the way down. Frantically looking elsewhere for a halfway decent personal checking account that isn’t run by idiots.
These people have put me in a very bad way! They allowed a scammer to take money I didn’t have, then leave me with no way to access my payroll when I do get paid. I still don’t have my debit card after more than 10 days, meanwhile the bills are piling up with no way to pay them when they are due. Trust and believe when I can clean this account out, it will be closed for good!
I been with FWCCU for quite sometime and I really enjoy my daily experience with the bank. If I ever have any questions their always answered by a great customer service. My bank app as well works very well. Thanks for y’all support in keeping me and my family happy 👍
