Bought my first one In Philadelphia. It powered iPad for about an hour. Was it fully charged when I got it? Then, in Atlanta I wanted to swap. The app crashed several times. And it said there was a kiosk at F10. There is no forking kiosk Fail.

I have sent 2 separate support requests - never heard back.

This would be great if it wasn’t such a terrible battery. A “full” pod straight out of the machine only added about 25% charge to my iPhone. For $26 the battery should be good for at least one whole charge! Silly me for assuming the battery would be decent given the price of the kit. Currently regretting my impulse buy at the Boston Logan airport and wishing I could get a refund.

I purchased a membership. They charged me twice and now I’m getting the run around in terms of me getting my money back. They are CROOKS!!!! Buyer BEWARE!

Works well if you buy season passes. Waiting for kids on roller coasters dinner with music lol

Fuel Rod barely contains enough juice for 50% Charge. Things to know, 2600mAh capacity (IPhone 11pro has 3969) Costs 30.00 plus tax (Universal Studios FL) Pro, it’s good for emergencies

I paid $30 initially and it gave me 50% or so I was on my phone the whole time so I’m sure it would be near 100% if not. My phones always dead and this for sure saved it a few times. Also it’s $2 a refill couldn’t ask for anything more convenient.

Just bought one at Universal Studios Hollywood and I didn’t even get 2 hours’ worth of a charge! $30 for 90 minutes of phone use… CROOKS!!!!

I’m a legacy customer so I’m supposed to get free exchanges. However, app has locked me out preventing any exchanges. Guess the company saved money this way.

this is a great investment at the disney parks since they have them all over. so no worrying about your phone dying on you.
