I love playing this game but now I’m stuck and it’s frustrating! On the map ‘love & intrigue’ I am not able to collect a plant. It’s able to!

I delete this game a few times because it’s so frustrating the boats gave a lot of stuff but never a hammer or stuff to upgrade your barn I cannot rate it

I’ve played this game for at least two years now and three days ago all my progress was deleted and I was taken back to stage one again . What happened???
