FP has been my go to for all cards for the past 13 years since I moved to Australian. A lifeline and life saver for me every birthday and Christmas using FP for 6 years. Thank you for such fantastic service and being there. Without you guys I wouldn’t be able to send cards and gifts to my family in the UK from Australia without it costing the earth!
Faulty programming
Everything is hard and error prone and has always been. Needs a complete program overhaul.
