Merchant have emergency case and did not shows up over the booking period. However, the cs didn’t apologise for any of the inconvenience. Some more I spent an hour time to travel and come for the booking. Parking fee, time all wasted. They refund the money I paid from my bank to my funnow account. Ridiculous experience.
Could u please include more activities like health and fitness or gym and Pilate center

Booking was cancelled by merchant after I arrived. They said the system error. Could it get the service that I booked. Asked the info hotline whether the booking will be refund. Very lembap when answering customer.
