Lousiest insurance app
Frequently times out such that you have to start the filing process from start repeatedly. Very painful and user unfriendly. You should invest more in the upgrade if you don’t want to lose business.

Horrible App
Bought a policy but it cannot be found in the app. Seriously cant even get the basics rights. How can u even be a leading digital insurer???
This app keeps refreshing back to the expired policies page when trying to make a claim
When toggling to other app to download pictures of receipts and boarding pass, this app keeps refresh itself to expired policies page making user re enter all the information again.
Cannot submit claim
Unfortunately the app is not fulfilling its only function! An error pops up after filling out all infos for a claim and it just says oops something went wrong please try again and doesn’t say for what reason!

I'm a loyal customer for many years, and have been very satisfied with the experience on your website, I felt it was smooth, refreshing and professional. I decided to give the app a try since you mentioned on your website that it has better ux. In my mind, i thought it will also simplify my purchase in future (eg saved info of family members so that i dont need to keep filling their info) Goodness, i was so frustrated at the payment gateway flow! I had to restart the whole form entry flow multiple times, and now I'm insure whether payment has been made. Please review the payment ux, it is because of your implementation and not the bank's ux. It really bothered me to the point that I'm willing to spend time to write this review now.
