G7 Taxi is the first taxi booking app in Paris and Ile-de-France elected best application of the year in the "Smart Car" category at the 2019 Trophée des Apps et de l'Internet mobile.
Order your taxi in 1 click on your smartphone and access the 10,000 taxi drivers selected and trained to G7 service quality standards.
Booking a G7, for an immediate departure or a booking in advance, that suits your needs, has never been easier:
o Launch the app, you are geolocated, indicate the number of passengers to benefit from the most adapted service, tap on "Now" to book a G7 where you are, or "In advance" for a request up to 30 days in advance
o You can also manually enter your departure address using the input help or use your favorite address book. If you enter the destination address, you can estimate the duration and price of your trip.
o Select if you wish the desired service from a wide range of offers :
o G7: Simplicity and efficiency
o G7 Green : 1st eco-responsible fleet in Europe with 7,500 hybrid or electric vehicles

Une application dangereuse

Pendant que je m'enregistrais, et que j'entrais les détails de ma carte de crédit en les confirmant avec un employé du commerce électronique, ils ont drainé tout l'argent de la carte mais j'ai bloqué l'opération, appelez si vous voulez un taxi mais ne téléchargez pas l'application, sinon ils vous voleront votre argent.

User friendly app.

A very user friendly app, which allows to easily call the driver, if necessary. It is a pity it doesn't accept foreign credit cards, or - even better - paypal.

Ho avuto bisogno di contattare con l’applicazione l’help desck come indicato ma non c’è stato modo

Perplexe

Week-end à Paris: sur 6 taxis pris, 2 G7 n’ont pas activé la radio (c’est le taxi d’un ami qui est en vacances, il l’a désactivée en partant). Ils sont G7 de l’extérieur mais on paie en CB, pas par l’appli. Pas surprenant que G7 ne trouve aucun taxi disponible un lundi à 5h30, alors même qu’on les voit passer… appli de moins en moins utile…

Attenzione al prezzo

Comunicano un prezzo di 19 Euro massimo e poi chiedono 26 Euro.

Déçu

le chauffeur a mis 30 min et 24€ pour faire un trajet à 23h sans trafic qui prend normalement la moitié du temps et du coût. Je suis vraiment déçu que ces choses arrivent encore. veuillez introduire le coût estimé avant de réserver.

Timer di arrivo non funziona

Alla prenotazione conferma 10 minuti , quando il timer é arrivato alla scadenza é ripartito da 10 minuti . Cosí per due volte. Nel frattempo mi sono passati davanti agli occhi 6 taxi di altre aziende .

Deluso

Ormai son giorni che ho inviato una mail denunciando il comportamento scorretto di un autista che ha gonfiato l’importo attribuendosi pure una mancia. Nessuna risposta, non userò più questo servizio.

avec le prix que vous avez payé l'essence pour aller à larigi trop cher très cher

L’appli vous laisse en rade et ne confirme pas la commande.
