Inefficient app, uncontrolled car (dangerous and filthy), lost an hour
I used this app for the first time and while booking, it looked convenient and easy… First of all I went to the garage indicated by the app, and using the link, the gate would not open! I could finally get in, following a car that was entering. Second thing, the car was not in the indicate parking, and with my copilot, we spend 20 minutes going around the parking and couldn’t find it! Eventually we called the assistance of the app and a very kind lady helped us and indicated where the car was. We tried to enter the car and go to our destination quickly, as we were already delayed for more than half an hour, but the car wouldn’t open if we didn’t take 10 photos… it was very dark in the parking and the front of the car was almost stuck to the wall, while the passenger side was very close to another auto, so the photos I could take were completely useless. Anyway we eventually got in the car and exited the parking after one hour!!! Outside I could see the filth inside the car (passenger side, on the seat and on the carpet). Once we arrived to our destination and exited the car, we could see all the scratches all around the car and 2 bumps on it’s roof. The worst thing was that we noticed that one of the tires was absolutely worn and shiny, so it could have caused danger while driving! I have many pictures of all this, but don’t know how to share it with you… I don’t think that such a filthy and dangerous car should have been put for rental. The app should improve on checking on the cars that it rents…
