Really unfair that the total of your order only gets scanned as one token. If I purchased 2 coffees and a pastry separately my app would get scanned 3 times. Not great for a “loyalty” programme.

The last two times I’ve been to Gail’s my reward stamps haven’t registered. It’s really hit-or-miss if it registers or not and as there’s always a delay you can’t check while you’re still in store. I think I might give up bothering and get my bread elsewhere.

You could ditch the app and just make a wallet compatible pass.

This app was already infuriating in that a) you have to open an account and give your email, presumably so they can sell your info on b) you can only use it BEFORE you pay - if you forget, no credits! Having not used it for a month or so I now find the app has forgotten my account and my credits have disappeared. I have personally vowed to try to never go to Gail’s again. This is a lesson in how to infuriate your regular customers. Just make a simple credit collection app which works with no signing in or account creation, please!

Went to Gail’s, tried to open the app and it wouldn’t - blank screen. Did everything to try to reset it, even went out the store. Frustrating as I wanted to start collecting stamps. This is the worst app I’ve used for a long time.

Very poor loyalty scheme. Giving a stamp for a transaction rather than the number of drinks/loafs purchased is not fair. The app is rubbish, just made a purchase and no stamp is given, no notifications I reached a reward, frequent connection issues

Please fix it. Just to add there is already few comments about login out issue. So NOT just me, my wife and others from work

I’ve just downloaded this so can’t comment on usability yet, but it’s always irritating to fill in a form where autocomplete hasn’t been set up for each field. It’s almost universal now so it really stands out when the developers haven’t bothered with it.
