Quite frustrating as it only works when in WiFi! I use wallet but you should fix the app!

I bought 4 loaves of bread on the App to click and collect. The store called me to say they did not have but they could not refund. They made me request a refund. I then ordered from a different store. The other store did not have the bread but did not bother to call. I only found out after I arrived there to pick them up.

Can only access the app with WiFi. Whenever I go to a store I get a message saying I am offline, even though I have mobile data enabled. I get a pop up screen to collect points but I can’t redeem my rewards which makes it all pretty pointless.

Not sure why, but when you buy 2 drink you only get 1 stamp. Also would be useful to have order history on the app

Collect rewards you can never redeem because even with four bars of reception the app never ‘connects’. This was a problem that didn’t need solving. Having the cards with stamps was much nicer.

the app keeps logging me out randomly and is very annoying when I have to use it in the store as I have to login fresh at the register and it takes one million years.

I collected my stamps via apple pay - gails they do not appear after in Gails app.

useless app. can't even create an account. after entering the phone number it gives an error

Trying to create a new account and the wheel spins. It doesn’t work. I tried on 2 different occasions

I had two rewards built up which disappeared from the app after just a month or two before retrieving them. The app is super glitchy too
