- UI is simple and effective - Does not over-advertise premium subscription - Free tier has all of the essential features: custom exercises, custom sets, built in timer that works with Dynamic Island, creating routines, built in charts to track progress, and many many more - Does not try to cram any useless features into the app Using the app is so intuitive and feels clean. It’s very obvious every part of the app has been thoughtfully designed by someone who works out and also wants to use their own app. Suggestion: The plus icon in the home screen opens up a drop down where exercise is first and routine is the second item. While the “Log activity” button under “Today” has a dropdown with routine first and exercise second. Keeping them consistent would require users to not have to think when trying to click quickly.

I was searching for a simple, easy app to log workouts and weights. This fit the bill 100%. I can create routines, quickly see my records and push for more gains. The interface is clean and straightforward. No extra unneeded features and no upgrades to get what I need!

Great app if you just want to track your workouts. Has everything you need and the interface is sleek. Perfect app if you don’t want the fuss and paywalls that comes with most fitness tracking apps.

Ok but very basic

Missing many exercises, even simple ones (Chest Press, Pec Fly, etc) Extremely obtuse way to log previous days(‘) workouts as everything defaults to present day. It’s a clean app, simple (which is what I want) but lacking in so many QoL features.

Great app (Some suggestions to Creator)

This is a very simple and easy-to-use app. I like that you can create your own notes and customize your own routine. Being able to track/record and incorporate supersets is a huge plus. Not many workout apps offer that (for free). I would suggest putting an option to set it in “Calendar view” so that you can see how your day, week, and/or month will look like. And the option to customize that in advance so that you can get an overview of how your month looks. I think this would make the app even more effective. Otherwise I really enjoy using it!
