The screen orientation is a disappointment
It’s a great game but the portrait orientation just doesn’t make sense. You know that landscape mode gives a better gaming experience.
This has been a problem for years
Please for God's sake Fix the game!! I really wanted to play this for a really long time and i've been redownloading it multiple times to check if this problem is fixed. I used an iphone8+ and here's the problem, Everytime i start the game, halfway through the tutorial of the game, I just suddenly can't click on anything, i can't click on where the arrow is pointed, i can't click the "X" on the starter promo and i tried restarting it but it does the same, i just can't click on anything. Please fix this problem, this has been such a drag since this game started it has been a problem. This is like the third time i'm gonna write a review so hopefully you notice this one. FIX IT PLEASE!!!
Choosy or crappy?
The game is quite good. But I’m afraid that the customer support isn’t. I’ve submitted two tickets from my profile using gmail and I get no response. I submitted another one to complain about them not responding, STILL NO RESPONSE. Unlike in my other account with a different email, they respond quick and give gold as gifts which are highly appreciated. But it’s so unfair that there are only selected profiles that they entertain. Smh. I wish this could be fixed. I’m having so much glitches, bugs and problems with the account you’re not responding to. Thanks :)
