Do not play this game. There are so many glitches and the company doesn’t want to fix these or repay you what you have lost. The latest preset option continually failed. Despite me sending proof WB just said thanks their development team will take a look at it. I repeat don’t play this game play something else. For four years I’ve watched glitches get worse and worse and WB do less and less.
Missing items from pack purchases that cost hundreds of dollars. Asked for WB support to investigate but after sending across purchase history and screenshots showing items wasn’t credited, WB support agent Gyro simply replied “I can’t assist any further” and closed ticket. How this is even legal is mind blowing, total disregard for UCC laws. Do not download this game and do not ever spend a cent buying anything because if purchased items aren’t credited they won’t even help. If there’s any lawyers out there who can advise on legal recourse please reach out to me too. Thanks
The game glitches so badly, constantly having server related issues. When you write to WB Games Support, the customer service quality is the worst. Just prepare to keep throwing money to buy in-app purchases to compensate for the losses you suffer due to WB’s greed and lack of quality server and gameplay.

Poor service throughout if not for the love of the episodes I will never continue playing . After 600 over days of playing lost all my troops due to-a game glitch and I received a paltry 3k gold and a review saying game team will not be able to reply individually and that’s the best they can do . Previous case - Last month I upgraded my keep from level 19 to level 20 , did not receive the in game rewards , when I made multiple queries under various categories , the reply I got was the game team are looking at the issue and a 2.5k gold . The actual rewards are worth a multiple times more and they don’t seem to have looked into the issue .
Caution: pay to play game. You’d have to be willing to drop hundreds or thousands to be one of the bigger players. Glitchy and poor customer service.
I really like this game, it’s very addictive and the social aspect of it enhances the experience. But the latest updates are full of bugs and glitches and has severely impacted the gaming experience.
Basically a MUST PAY to play game. You don’t pay you don’t get to enjoy the game as much. the building times and research times just get really Long. You get hit, you have to buy shields if not your are toast! Love the GOT series but they really will squeeze you dry on this.
