Terrible app ever
To be honest regretted opening a business account with gtb . This is the most useless bank app I have ever seen. Since I opened this acct I have never been successful to even login to make use of or. After over a year today I have tried to login and even change password using my token all to no avail. So now I can’t even push my money to another bank since am unable to login. Please just scrap this app since is insufficient and fail to meet your customers needs.

Useless application.
App cant login
Loging in this app is always a problem, you have to try it countless time before you can login the app to perform a transaction.
This bank must be managed by Nigerian Civil Servants!
So the management of this bank wake up, brush their teeth, shower, dress up in suits, go to work and come back home everyday knowing that their bank apps have consistently been dysfunctional and unreliable for several years? Even civil servants do better than this. Haba!
This app is frustrating
Something needs to be done about this app. It is really frustrating and to think it’s for business owners. Too too bad. If this where to be a games app I would have deleted it from the get go. GT you can do better . Study your competition and see how their bank app works. Stop frustrating business owners using your bank.

It takes forever to click on anything
Very useless app for business
Very useless app it takes forever to do 1 transaction sometimes it might take you 3 weeks or more the app will not open.. I suggest you remove it and take us back to gtword which works better before your guys making profit ideal on another app nonsense!
