Full of bugs
Please fix your app. There are so many bugs or horrible UX designs. For example, I can't go to the previous page in most pages, especially when trying to navigate the member portal. And it has the option to change my photo but when I upload it it says I cannot change it. So can I change my photo or not? It's a pain to use this app. I paid for the annual membership and I'm stuck with a buggy app.
Can’t even login
Keyed in my mobile number to login but didn’t receive any SMS with OTP. Please fix this.
Disappointingly Unfriendly
The Gardens by the Bay app fails to deliver a user-friendly experience, particularly for those seeking basic information like the current Flower Dome exhibit. Instead of clarity, users are bombarded with confusing map paths, making navigation frustrating. Until significant improvements are made, it's best to seek information elsewhere for a smoother experience.

Drain battery in the background
This App drains battery in the background at a incredible speed. If you don’t force close the App after using it, it will empty your battery within 2 hours. I think it’s a bug.
