Please fix your app. There are so many bugs or horrible UX designs. For example, I can't go to the previous page in most pages, especially when trying to navigate the member portal. And it has the option to change my photo but when I upload it it says I cannot change it. So can I change my photo or not? It's a pain to use this app. I paid for the annual membership and I'm stuck with a buggy app.

Keyed in my mobile number to login but didn’t receive any SMS with OTP. Please fix this.

Instead of clarity, users are bombarded with confusing map paths, making navigation frustrating. Until significant improvements are made, it's best to seek information elsewhere for a smoother experience.

This App drains battery in the background at a incredible speed. If you don’t force close the App after using it, it will empty your battery within 2 hours. I think it’s a bug.

Very very Poor membership service upon open up of borders to tourists, the membership management team did a very very lousy job on this aspect on promoting the members benefits and retaining its supporting member.
