Feeling frustrated with this app. Bought an inreach mini 2 but can’t use with messenger as no verification code comes through. Not using vpn and in mobile data. You need to do better please. Have called Garmin but spent half hour on phone on hold then person who answered couldn’t solve issue either! What a waste of money.
Can’t seem to restart my plan and reactive the live tracking. Menu doesn’t allow for these changes! Frustrating experience!
App requires a valid phone number, but no sms arrives (never had a problem with the 30+ other services that validate with that number). Makes the app unusable.
Like the title says, so now I can’t message anyone and Garmin has bad customer support. The app simply won’t text me the code, and I was in the middle of a conversation.
