The app never displayed my gate number. And the security waiting time was completely wrong.

I’ve used this before and the flight info is great. Like others I would like to be able to log into my account, view my parking, lounge bookings and have electronic tickets for these. I read this may be a future development but it is almost an essential requirement now for travellers. Also the ability to link to or add hotel terminal booking info would be useful.

No access to any of my parking bookings on the My Gatwick website. You also can’t see premium security bookings or premium passport control. It’s not linked to the MyGatwick account in any way ???? The app buttons just take you to the website - this is not a self contained app - just links to other websites and, even then, you have to login to your account to retrieve bookings…. Not exactly the useful app I was hoping it would be.

Try to add my flights, ses 9 days before I can add but won’t let me click on Sunday which is 7 days away, but I can click on the Saturday or the Monday. Honestly don’t bother with the app gives you nothing.

There’s no way of choosing the date of a future flight so the app can track it. The date chooser doesn’t allow you to select a date. Rubbish

I use it everyday for work and now all flights just say scheduled , no updates on delays , landing or baggage , same for departures

Does not update any flight details just says every flight is scheduled no updates in boarding or when flight have taxied or departed like it has done previously. Can’t find an answer to the problem.

What has happened to the flight data last few days it only says scheduled no actual arrived or delayed ect please fix this it was very useful

Has not worked properly for months now. Especially when your sat close to LGW. It does not refresh properly and it just spins round and round. You have to delete flight and add it every time to update it

Won’t accept flight details. Parking booking doesn’t work- some of these issues are 5 years old according to other reviews! Totally useless! Zero stars.
