Constantly disconnecting my devices and I have to re-add them. And every time I have to re-add them it asked for permissions again having to sign and connect to the Wi-Fi again.

Widget worked fine on iPhone 14 Pro, but the newly designed Widget on iPhone 16 is useless. It will show all my lights, and when I click on one of them to turn on or off, all the other lights disappear from the widget. They only return after I reinstall and restart phone. But as soon as I click on a light again, they disappear.

We just bought the camera and we tried connecting to it for the past 1hr and never worked. We reset it a bunch of times and made sure the lens was clean for the QR code but never connected.

Requires 2.4hz WiFi connection. After following their steps on Mac an iPhone. There is no way with my router or internet to connect to a specific hz. connection. This is ridiculous. Waste of money and about 3 hours. Thanks for nothing!

I have 5 cameras that work good I bought 5 cw070 2k camera they are junk. Customer support declines to assist seller has virtually declined to adhere to their 1 year warranty 1 of 5 smoked after pairing 2 of 5 powers Jo but not completely 3 of 5 powers up and randomly wants to pair but then goes off line shortly after. 4 of 5 looses wifi maybe a hour after it goes online and 5 of 5 works when camera 4 doesn’t I’ve called was told to email sent email no response for a week I reached out via chat and had a guy whom was helpful after confirming email was received he said 24-48 hours it’s now been an adittional 8 days with no update warranted devices or help from the seller.

We bought some cheap cameras, didn't really think it'd be great, but shockingly clear for the price. It's not bringing down the house or nothing, but a great product. The light switches work very well too.

The lights I got use geeni as default, but I’m so over this app. It randomly removes my lights from rooms, is very confusing to use, and overall just not a great experience for me. I have given it so many chances and was very patience but I am done

They’ve done this in the past and taken it back out. They show ads when you open the app, which is a huge problem if you use these cameras for security. Would recommend getting a different brand.

Products do not respond. App doesn’t respond. Nothing works. App buttons do nothing. App is useless

All just needs a couple updates like better connection to our phones maybe Bluetooth or better and create a strong and better one tap feature
