Issues with software as Geeni cam connects to the app but no longer shows live view. The developers blame my internet connection which has been independently verified as working. It appears that the issues lies with an update as all four of my cameras no longer work. Two of which are at a different address. Off to Hik-vision much more reliable. Shame as Geeni was a good cam let down by software issues.

Just trying to set up a colour changing light bulb and it won’t find the device no matter what I try. Not simple at all.

After this update none of my devices working. Cannot reconnect from fresh. Very disappointed.

absolutely terrible, 0/5 app doesn’t work, led lights don’t stick, came broken, came ripped

The recent update prevented me from viewing recordings on my camera. I reset the camera and found out it is no longer compatible with this app. Now I have to throw away a perfectly good, working camera. I’m just lucky I found this out before I needed the footage for anything serious. I can’t recommend anything which requires this app and would caution any potential buyers.

Average, works well but not many pre- sets for the LED light strips. ...but I can’t understand why this company needs your personal details in order to use lightbulbs and other electronics - there is no way to use your products with this app without having to sign in.

I wish the app was compatible with Siri or at least have the option to create a widget in iPhone. I have other lighting system in my room and I wish I could control all of it from widgets or Siri without entering the app

Wi fi camera manage to connect to hub 6 on 2.4 , worked for one day went offline and now won’t connect , again , so far I’ve spent more time trying to connect , I might as well sit at home and look out the window myself !!
